From portraying characters to actually developing them, Jayesh has come a long way in his journey as Writer / Actor.
Tall, fair, handsome and a knack for portraying fictitious characters, Jayesh had everything it took to be an actor. He was quick to realise the same and focused his way to flourish as an actor. His talent and dedication landed him in various roles in more than 20 plays with renowned play director and writers. Soon, he was and to express his talent on the television with shows like Sambhaaji, Pasant Aahe Mulagi, Balumamachya Navana Changbhala, Garjaa and in films like Ghatna (Telugu), Bhakar (Marathi), Island City (Hindi).
During his Casting journey and time at INDIA’s BEST DRAMEBAAZ (Zee Tv), mentoring the participants he was able to discover his ability to write and direct. Jayesh has successfully directed and written several documentaries and plays including “SAVITRI”, a documentary on gender equality that won 2nd Best Documentary Award in “50th Marathi Chitrapat Puraskar Sohala 2013”.
Now, at age 33, 6 feet tall, with wheatish skin and black hair, speaking multiple languages including Marathi, Hindi and English, Jayesh Shewalkar is Naishtika’s Writer/ Actor.
